Lever Gear Policy Regarding Third Party Sellers and Online Marketplaces
Lever Gear has instituted the following policy regarding third-party sellers and online marketplaces to protect our distribution network partners and to maintain the long-term integrity of the Lever Gear brand.
Retailers are not permitted to sell Lever Gear products on third-party online marketplaces or vendor sites including, but not limited to Amazon.com, Etsy.com, Walmart.com, eBay.com. Retailers may only sell Lever Gear products through their approved websites and/or in their approved physical retail locations as listed in the Retailer Agreement. Violations of this policy will result in a stoppage of shipments to the dealer and may result in termination of the Retailer Agreement.
Only retailers who have requested and received written authorization may sell Lever Gear products on any third-party online marketplace (e.g. Amazon, eBay, jet.com, Walmart.com, Sears.com).
Retailers wishing to sell on Amazon, may only sell via the Amazon Merchant Fulfillment Network (MFN) and may not sell via Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) or offer “Prime” badging via the Seller Fulfillment Network without separate written authorization to do so. Further, we do not allow any of our accounts to sell to Amazon directly or to any of its affiliate companies.
We have instituted this policy to protect our brand and retail partners. We feel this is the best policy for the long-term success of all parties. We will continue to monitor unauthorized sales on third-party sites and do our best to protect the integrity of our supply chain to benefit all of our authorized retailers.
We will strictly monitor and uniformly enforce this policy. We reserve the right to cease supplying goods to any retailer who is found in violation of this policy until the violation is remedied. We will terminate the account of distribution partners with multiple violations.
This policy may be modified from time to time and any changes to the policy will be emailed to the email address provided by our retail partners and posted on our website. The current 3PS Policy will be listed on our website at https://levergear.com/retailer/3ps. It is the retailer’s responsibility to stay current on the policy.
