We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you discover an issue with any product ordered through this website within the first 60 days of receiving your order, we will replace it or fully refund your order at your request.
Lever Gear products purchased through other websites or stores are subject to the return policies of those stores. Please contact the store where you purchased your product for returns.
Due to their unique nature, personalized products are not eligible for the 60 day money back guarantee. Please read all guidelines regarding personalization and check your personalized message or artwork carefully before submitting. Personalized items may be replaced due to manufacturer defects according to the warranty for that particular product.
1. To request a refund or replacement, simply email email@example.com with your request. Please use the subject line “return”.
- 1a. Refunds- If there is a specific reason you are dissatisfied, please let us know so we can better serve our customers in the future.
- 1b. Replacements- If you feel your particular product is defective and you would like a replacement, please let us know what the issue is so we can be sure to address it with your replacement product. If you can send a picture that would be very helpful.
- 1c. Warranty- Some of our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty beyond the 60 day grace period. Please see the individual product page through the store on this website for details.
2. We will send you an email acknowledging your request and send you a postage paid shipping label along with instructions for returning your product. All products should be returned in the condition you received them with packaging materials included.
3. Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.
