So far it is great! I am very happy with how easy it is to carry this item with you as it is very small. I love the well thought out design so that you can easily switch between devices without adding much to the size. Customer service is excellent! I accidentally ordered the wrong adapter because I got confused and they sent me the correct one free of charge. Awesome! 😄
